Eric Mosinger

Eric Mosinger is an assistant professor in the department of political science at Santa Clara University. His research focuses on civil war, revolutionary organizations, nonviolent civil resistance, and post-conflict legacies of violence in Latin America. By demonstrating that rebel movement fragmentation reflects underlying patterns within civilian constituencies, his dissertation suggests a strategy for preventing the proliferation of violent extremists within conflict: empowering broad, moderate civilian networks.
