Ryan Donaghy

Ryan Donaghy was an IGCC Dissertation Fellow from 2014-2015. She is the deputy branch chief for policy, rulemaking, and engagement at CISA Chemical Security. Her dissertation research looked into how non-state actors seek to advance democratic change through women’s human rights education programs.
