Siobhan O’Neil

Dr. Siobhan O’Neil was an IGCC Dissertation Fellow from 2012-2013. Her research interests are conflict resolution, counterterrorism, disarmament, international security, mediation and post conflict recovery, and policymaking. Her research examines the circumstances under which states employ strategic negotiations with terrorist groups to resolve violent conflict.
