Melissa McAdam

Melissa McAdam was an IGCC Dissertation Fellow from 2010-2011. She is an analyst with the Center for a New American Security’s Center for Naval Analyses, a federally funded research and development center. Her research interests include the training of military advisors and the strategic impact of U.S. military advising. Her dissertation was on police reform and internal security in states emerging from conflict.
