Charles Mahoney

Charles Mahoney was an IGCC Dissertation Fellow from 2008-2009. His broad area of study is international relations with specialization in international security. His research focuses on several topics including violent extremist organizations, US foreign policy, and defense contractors. His dissertation examines the relationship between varying strategies of insurgency and counterinsurgency and the growth or decline of rebel organizations.
