Melissa Willard

Melissa Willard-Foster was an IGCC Dissertation Fellow from 2007-2008. She is an associate professor of political science at the University of Vermont. Her areas of expertise are in international relations, conflict, and cooperation. Her dissertation is on postwar cooperation and domestic politics.
