Craig Collins

Craig Collins was an IGCC Dissertation Fellow from 1992-1993. He is a lecturer at the Department of Political Science at Cal State East Bay. His dissertation analyzed international efforts to negotiate agreements to protect the ozone layer and abate global warming.
