Roland Stephen

Roland Stephen was an IGCC Dissertation Fellow from 1992-1993. Dr. Stephen, Director for Center for Innovation Strategy and Research (CISO), SRI International has more than 20 years of leadership and project management experience in policy analysis, strategic planning, and program design and evaluation. His work employs mixed methods to address complex questions in the areas of technology-based innovation and economic development, and technology-intensive skills.
