Do Young Lee is a postdoctoral fellow (Assistant Professor) in the Department of Political Science at the University of Oslo and a member of the Oslo Nuclear Project. His research interests include nuclear weapons, extended deterrence, alliance politics, the diffusion of military technology, and the international relations of the Asia-Pacific. He received his PhD in Political Science from the University of Chicago. Previously, he was a UC-National Labs postdoctoral fellow (2021-2022). His work has been published or forthcoming in Security Studies, The Washington Quarterly, The Pacific Review, and The Chinese Journal of International Politics.
