Aaron Shreve

2013-2014 IGCC Dissertation Fellow

Aaron Shreve was an IGCC Dissertation Fellow from 2013-2014. He is an associate professor of political science at Randolph College. His research examines the relationship between status and prestige and foreign aid and peacekeeping, arms and military buildups, and conflict. His dissertation suggests that status, and particularly the gap between a state’s status and achievements can motivate nuclear weapons programs.
