Beijie Tang was an IGCC Dissertation Fellow from 2013-2014. She is the deputy secretary-general of the Center for China and Globalization (CCG), director of global initiatives of CCG, and managing director of the Shanghai branch. Employing coalition theory, her dissertation examines the sources and patterns of change in the PRC’s international orientation since 1949.
