Benjamin Cox

Benjamin Cox was an IGCC Dissertation Fellow from 2013-2014. He received his Ph.D. in anthropology from UC Irvine. His ethnographic study investigates the Counter-Piracy Programme (CPP) and its efforts to build a legal infrastructure capable of rendering suspected Somali pirates legible and prosecutable under universal jurisdiction.
