Boris Barkanov

Boris Barkanov was an IGCC Dissertation Fellow from 2008-2009. He studies the political development of the great powers and how this shapes domestic/global politics and policy results in energy, finance, and security. His dissertation is on the domestic factors shaping Russian energy policy since the late Soviet period.
