Boris Barkanov

Boris Barkanov is a teaching assistant professor at West Virginia University. He studies the political development of the great powers and how this shapes domestic/global politics and policy results in energy, finance, and security. His dissertation is on the domestic factors shaping Russian energy policy since the late Soviet period.
