Galen Jackson is an assistant professor of political science in the Leadership Studies Department at Williams College. His interests are security, nuclear security, American foreign policy, the Middle East in international politics, and international relations theory. His project focuses on the great power politics of the Arab-Israeli problem from 1967 to 1979, as well as the political consequences of Israel’s acquisition of nuclear weapons during that period.
