Lee Mackey is a data analyst and evaluator for Pierce County. He helps organizations achieve environmental and socioeconomic impact by solving applied research and measurement challenges. His research examines emerging economies as causes of changing institutional environments in Latin America by analyzing how and why Brazil’s ‘south-south cooperation’ activities over the last decade are influencing the governance of development in Bolivia and El Salvador.
