Gregoire Phillips

Gregoire is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of California, San Diego and a graduate researcher at Ericsson Research in Silicon Valley. His primary research areas of interest are at the intersection of technology, security, trustworthiness, and conflict. In his dissertation, he argues that extremists invest in extensive, multifaceted media campaigns to signal commitment to multiple, sometimes competing constituencies in order to broaden their influence.
