Gregoire Phillips

Gregoire Phillips was an IGCC Dissertation Fellow from 2019-2020. His primary research areas of interest are at the intersection of technology, security, trustworthiness, and conflict. In his dissertation, he argues that extremists invest in extensive, multifaceted media campaigns to signal commitment to multiple, sometimes competing constituencies in order to broaden their influence.
