Jeffrey Kaplow
2013-2014 IGCC Dissertation Fellow
Jeffrey Kaplow was an IGCC Dissertation Fellow from 2013-2014. He is an associate professor of government at the College of William & Mary. His research and teaching focus on international and civil conflict, nuclear weapons, and international security institutions. In this dissertation project, he explores one mechanism by which the nuclear nonproliferation regime may work: reducing uncertainty about the intentions, capabilities, and overall treaty compliance of member states.
