Jeffrey is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Government at William & Mary. His research and teaching focus on international and civil conflict, nuclear weapons, and international security institutions. In this dissertation project, he explores one mechanism by which the nuclear nonproliferation regime may work: reducing uncertainty about the intentions, capabilities, and overall treaty compliance of member states.
