Julia Gray
2005-2007 Dissertation Fellow
Julia Gray was an IGCC Dissertation Fellow from 2005-2007. She is an associate professor of Political Science (secondary appointment at Wharton’s Business Ethics and Legal Studies department) at the University of Pennsylvania where she specializes in international organizations and international political economy. Her research centers on international economic relations and economic organizations in emerging markets. Her dissertation examined the role of international institutions in perceptions of developing countries.
