Julie Taylor

Julie Taylor was an IGCC Dissertation Fellow from 2002-2003. Dr. Taylor is senior director of research at American University’s School of International Service. Before entering academic administration, she was a political scientist at the RAND Corporation where her research included Middle East security issues and nation-building. Her dissertation presents a theory of regime–clerical interaction and tests its predictions in Egypt and Iran.
