Katja Weber

Katja Weber, a 1991-1992 IGCC Dissertation Fellow, is a professor at the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs at Georgia Tech. Her research interests center around institution-building in Europe and Asia Pacific, sovereignty-related and human rights norms, non-traditional security challenges, and German foreign policy. Her dissertation is on security arrangements.
