Lauren Peritz

Lauren is an Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of California, Davis. She aims to understand how international courts promote economic cooperation among countries and how domestic politics mediates their effect. Her dissertation demonstrates that domestic political divisions hinder compliance with international courts and aims to explain how institutional design mitigates the effect.
