Mark Lewis

Mark Lewis was an IGCC Dissertation Fellow from 2006-2007. He is an associate professor at the College of Staten Island. He is interested in the cultural, legal, and social history of Southeastern and Central Europe (the Balkans, Germany, and Austria), especially comparisons between regions and across traditionally defined political eras. His dissertation is on international legal movements against war crimes, terror, and genocide.
