Marysia Galbraith

Marysia Galbraith was a 1991-1992 IGCC Dissertation Fellow. She has a joint appointment in New College and the Department of Anthropology at the University of Alabama. Her areas of specialization include national and ethnic identity, Central Europe (especially Poland), globalization, European integration, psychological anthropology, and creativity and art (especially ceramics). Her current research examines Jewish heritage in Poland. Her dissertation was on the national identity of Polish youths.
