Matthew McCoy
2015-2016 Dissertation Fellow
Matthew McCoy was an IGCC Dissertation Fellow from 2015-2016. He is a lecturer of anthropology at UC Los Angeles and a resource employee at the University of Southern California. His research interests include emotions, dreams, drugs, suicide, paramilitarism in Belfast, and veteran homelessness in Los Angeles. His dissertation project is an ethnographic examination of a segregated, working-class interface community in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
