Melissa McAdam

Melissa McAdam is an analyst with Center for a New American Security’s Center for Naval Analyses, a federally funded research and development center. Her research interests include the training of military advisors and the strategic impact of U.S. military advising. Her dissertation was on police reform and internal security in states emerging from conflict.
