Patrick Sharma is an associate at Cooley, an international law firm headquartered in the U.S. Patrick Sharma advises emerging companies, private equity funds, real estate investment trusts and financial institutions on the domestic and international tax aspects of business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and debt and equity financings. His dissertation focuses on the major policy changes in the World Bank during the presidency of Robert Strange McNamara (1968-1981).
