R. Blake McMahon

Blake McMahon was an IGCC Dissertation Fellow from 2014-2015. He is an assistant professor in the Blue Horizons program at the U.S. Air Force’s Center for Strategy and Technology. His research examines the strategic implications of new technologies, with a particular focus on deterrence. His dissertation explores political decision-making at the nexus of security and civil-military relations.
