Robert G. Darst

Robert Darst is an associate professor of political science at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and former IGCC Dissertation Fellow (1991-1992). Darst is a specialist in international relations, environmental politics, and human rights. His dissertation is on Soviet foreign policy.
