Siobhan O’Neil

Dr Siobhan O’Neil is Senior Fellow (Non-Resident) and acts as Project Director of the Managing Exits from Armed Conflict project at the Centre for Policy Research at United Nations University. Her research interests are conflict resolution, counterterrorism, disarmament, international security, mediation and post conflict recovery, and policymaking. Her research examines the circumstances under which states employ strategic negotiations with terrorist groups to resolve violent conflict.
