Thomas Kemeny

2007-2008 Dissertation Fellow

Thomas Kemeny was an IGCC Dissertation Fellow from 2007-2008. Dr. Kemeny is an Associate Professor in the Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy at the University of Toronto. Much of his current research is focused on the links between innovation, inequality and prosperity. His dissertation was on technological backwardness.
