Zachary Zwald

Zachary Zwald is an instructional assistant professor at the University of Houston. His research interests include international relations theory, international security, psychological decisionmaking, and science and technology policy. His dissertation argues that policymakers’ beliefs regarding prudent state behavior in a nuclear environment determine their understanding of what missile defense technology can do.
